Front Lit Gameboy Colour (improved) [][][]

This is my improved version of the front lit Gameboy colour mod ( which you can see here- http://mikejmoffitt.com/wp/?p=70) , Instead of mounting the front light from a GBA SP in a verticle position, i have mounted it horizontally eliminating the view angle problem caused by having the light coming from the side of the screen. The front light in this version also sits right against the plastic screen rather than set back from it which gives a much better and more polished finish. This isn’t for the faint hearted or cack handed as it requires much more modification the GBC case and requires cutting the super delicate LED strip and polarised light dispersing lens. Went through 3 GBA SP’s trying to get this right, but the results are head and shoulders above he standard mod

Custom painted CAMOuflage Les paul [][][]

actually did this ages ago but found it up the loft the other day when we were sorting shit out to get rid off. Took some new photos as the old ones weren’t very good. These are them.

Nintendo pad, Portable NES [][][]

Well my dingoo NES pad project is finally done, and to be honest I’m really pleased. Who would have thought when the Nintendo entertainment system first came into being, that one day you could fit the console and every game ever to be made for it (plus a load of other consoles and every game ever made for them  and a whole warehouse full of arcade machines) all on something the size of an NES controller with its own built in TV.

Went to car boot sale this Easter weekend and despite having to witness the Crazy’s carry and then erect a full size crucifix on the hills above Otley (leeds) i had a really nice time
Got some great bits for future projects : -
Xbox arcade controller - £1.50
Namco, Mrs Pacman - plug in and play joystick - £2
Cameboy Colour £3
Portable TV (brand new) £2
Jubilee Clips 5 for a £1
batteries  50p
Jesus mini cup and saucer - £Priceless ( well……50p)
Checked it all and everything works, TV is black and white but for 2 quid i am not gonna complain. Think the TV is destined to become a mini space invaders cabinet complete with coloured cellophane overlays.
The Xbox stick will be cannibalised for the Dingoo arcade when i get round to starting it.
The Namco Mrs Pacman Stick, think  i am just gonna het a small monitor and make it  into a strait half size replica of a  Mrs Pacman Arcade cabinet Complete with accurate Graphic.
Gameboy…….? not sure yet
Jubilee clips are for my Monkey Bike exhaust, batteris for my Beetles car key and the Mini Jesus Tea cub just makes me laugh [][][]

NES Controller Dingoo a380 [][][]  - Nearly done!

The paint all done on the Dingoo case and has been lacquered. Just need to give it a week or so to properly harden and it will need putting back together.

Trying to source some buttons that fit at the mo so i can maintain the NES controller look. Want 2 red ones and 2 discrete black ones. The origional Dingoo 380 ones are red green yellow and blue (same as the Xbox controller) which is no good at all. Have a sneaking suspicion that Nontendo DS buttons might fit so have ordered a set from ebay to see.

At the very least i should be able to get broken dingoo to steal the red button and maybe use a couple of black buttons from the Earlier a320 dongoo.

If anybody has any spare dingoo buttons lying around please let me know [][][]

I like so much your projects, especially the NES project and the Mini Arcade project, god job ;D

Thank you very much for the compliment, . you have made my day. Hopefully will have those projects finished soon, have lots of other ideas and projects in the pipeline. Thanks again, I really appreciate it [][][] jody
